2. Services Provided

Silent Sounds Hire Ltd offers portable silent disco system rentals, headphone hire, DJ and audio equipment hire, lighting equipment, event production support, and silent cinema hire. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after written acceptance and payment as per the invoice provided.
• All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment or deposit requirements will be specified during booking. We reserve the right to withhold delivery or service until payment terms are met.

4. Delivery and Collection

• Delivery and collection services are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for delivery, setup, and collection of equipment.
• Any delays caused by the client at delivery or collection may incur additional charges.

5. Use of Equipment

• Clients must only use equipment as instructed. Improper use may result in damage or injury for which the client will be held responsible.
• Liability for loss, theft, or damage to hired equipment rests with the client from the time of delivery until collection.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges may apply as detailed in your booking agreement.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Silent Sounds Hire Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or equipment. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or rental.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform including images, text, and logos are the intellectual property of Silent Sounds Hire Ltd. Use of our content without permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London.
